PowerLux Fitness is home to some of the most elite athletes in the Sacramento area. Our sports performance program centers around elevating an athlete’s natural skills by developing speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power,while keeping them as safe and healthy as possible.
Sports are extremely dynamic and require a lot from an athlete, so our training is designed to ensure they are in the best possible position to thrive and excel at their discipline.
We train athletes from every and all sports, with youth athlete sessions, all the way up to professional training. Each session is comprised of a dynamic warm up, mobility, a specific skill portion (speed, agility, plyometrics, etc), finished with strength and power development.
The PowerLux Fitness sports performance program helps athletes reach their best possible version, and then we take it a step further. We want to develop the whole person, not just the athlete. We teach our athletes about the importance of nutrition, recovery, mindset, and accountability, so that they can see benefit in and out of their sport.
A core belief of PowerLux Fitness is to work as hard as you can while still having fun. We want our athletes to enjoy the process as they reach their goals. We take it personally to ensure each athlete is receiving the highest level of training, each and every session. Our mindset, and one that we try to convey to our athletes, is that working hard isn’t easy, but smashing our goals…. now that’s fun. At the end of the day, we want our athletes coming to training with the mentality of “be better than I was yesterday”.
