Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients for Mushroom Soup Chicken:

  • Shallot 

  • Garlic 

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken

  • Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 

  • Chicken Bone Broth or just Chicken Broth 

  • Salt

  • Pepper 

  • Paprika 

  • Italian Seasoning

STEPS: 

  1. Heat up a pan & then add extra virgin olive oil 

  2. Saute shallot and garlic 

  3. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, paprika, and italian seasoning 

  4. Cook until the mushrooms have thrown liquid 

  5. Add can of cream of mushroom 

  6. Add bone broth / chicken broth, water, or milk until you get the consistency of sauce you want 

  7. Let the sauce just stay warm as you prepare the rest

  8. Cook the chicken however you want (we do cast iron) 

  9. Plate the chicken & pour the sauce over the top!

  10. You can eat this served with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes if you’d like… we usually eat it by itself with a vegetable on the side
